Terms of service
I will start working after payment. It must be done through Paypal (invoice).
You must provide visual references/detailed description for the piece/characters.
All changes must be done on the sketch phase, after that, I'll only adjust minor things and coloring things that can be adjusted via filters or hue/value/saturation.
TAT varies depending on the complexity of the piece and my availability. Simple pieces average is around a week, and for complex pieces average is 2-3 weeks to a month.
If you need a certain deadline, please tell me beforehand.
I will update and communicate constantly on the status of your piece. Please keep in mind my working hours and the times we arrange for updates.
No refunds after the piece is done. Partial refunds can be done, according to the status of the piece. Full refunds will only be if I, for personal reasons, am unable to execute the commission properly.
All commissions are personal use only, for commercial price, rates start from +100%.
I can refuse a commission for any personal reason.
I'll have the rights use the piece on my portfolio or post on social media.
The piece cannot be used neither to train AI/AI datasets of any type, nor to be used/sold as NFT.
